Rachel was one of my first Seniors to use the indoor studio space. :)
Rachel was sweet, quiet and a true beauty.
Loved her side braid, I've tried several times since this to do this with my own hair. I have given up.
Of course no Northwest Indiana session would complete without a trip to the beach. :)
I wish Rachel the utmost success in her college adventure...Now life gets fun...ENJOY!!!

Some families just HAVE IT. They joke with each other, poke fun and just have a good time in each other's company.
This family...HAD IT. They were such a joy to be around...you could feel the love in every joke they made.
The session was held in their backyard, it was amazing the way the sun came through the trees...and I loved their choice in outfits. :)
I mean, seriously. What other fun family do you know that has a bathtub on their back deck? Mrs. Perry told me that it was purchased to bath their dogs, but has turned into a great ice and drink holder for parties. I say, it's a great photo opt for the family to get their photos in. LOL.
Until the tub tips...and even then it makes for a great photo shot. LOL.
When they said they were an "Apple" family I was thinking more like PIE....but THIS is the MODERN DAY Apple family she was referring to....and sooooo 2013.

She would WHIP that Raggedy Ann doll around, but doesn't she look like an angel doing it? LOL. Great first birthday outfit, the Raggedy Ann was embroidered on by her Great Gramma. :)
Mother's Day - Northwest Indiana Family Photographer
I was contacted to do a SURPRISE Mother's Day photo shoot. I am betting the Mom was THRILLED to have updated photos of her lovelies. I am so thrilled they called me to take them.
All of the kids were so well behaved...I love not having the chase anyone down, though I will if necessary. LOL.
Such beautiful eyes. I think it's par for this group, they ALL had gorgeous eyes!
Teehee, I love this one. What a great big sister these two have.
Love new big teeth. Such a great transitional time for young one's faces. :)

*gah* I love catching the kids in the middle of a laugh. I am most positive that my lame jokes brought out this face...and I'm so thankful for my slew of lame jokes to make this happen. :D
